While the Indian Statistical Institute in Kolkata does not offer a 100% scholarship for M.Tech programs, it does offer financial support to its students.Scholarships from ISI are awarded according to the college's requirements. As per my knowledge yes, KPR Institute of Engineering and Technology does have a fee refund policy. As I have heard about their policy, if a student withdraws their admission before approval maybe or may not be able to get the full amount After approval - The approval fee and tuition fee for the number of days you have attended the classes will be deducted.
