IIT Madras average package is yet to be released. However, the median package is out for the years 2022 and 2023 for IIT Madras M.Tech course. Check the following table for IIT Madras placement package comparison for 2022 and 2023:

For B.Tech, students can apply through AP-EAMCET exam or JEE Main ranks. Diploma holders can also join 2nd year B.Tech via ECET exam. M.Tech admission is through GATE or PGECET followed by counseling. MCA admission is based on ICET exam. MBA admission requires ICET/CAT/MAT/XAT. B.Tech admission for NRIs/foreigners is also merit-based without entrance tests. The NTU CSE average package is INR 3.32 L – INR3.6 L per month is higher than the average starting salary among NTU graduates. NTU Double Degree (Business and Computing) students are the top earners amongst the NTU graduates with an average gross salary of INR 3.74 L per month. Computer Science and Engineering is one of the top specialisation and popular BTech & M.Tech specialisations offered at IIT Madras. The institute provides CSE by the department of Computer Science and Engineering department. The curriculum of the course provides depth learning around the concepts of (OS / Networks / DB) and modern (ML / Data Mining) aspects of computing.
As per the placements report of the year 2023, students of BTech (CSE) received the highest package of INR 1.31 crore per annum and for MTech CSE, the highest package stood at INR 54.21 LPA.

Currently, there are two deemed to be universities under the overall umbrella of MIT located at two different places in Pune, Maharashtra. One is called "MIT ADT" meaning MIT Art, Design and Technology University. It's located at erstwhile property of famous Hindi film personality Raj Kapoor! It offers three types of PG courses. Normal M.Tech of two years duration. Fees for this is INR 295000. The second one is M.Tech by research. This is of three years duration and the fee is INR 303000. The third is an MSc of two years duration with fees of INR 235000

Candidates must complete bachelor's degree in Engineering or Technology in Computer Science and Engineering/ Information Science or AMIE in the appropriate branch to apply for M.Tech at New Horizon College. Admission to MTech is based on GATE or PGCET scores of the candidates.

The total tuition fee for the BTech programme at IITM Gwalior ranges between INR 5.8 Lacs - INR 7.2 lakh. There is a range in the fee because BTech is also offered as Integrated BTech in Information Technology + MBA and Integrated BTech + M.Tech in Information Technology. The above-mentioned fee is taken from an official source/sanctioning body. Hence, it may vary. The fee range mentioned only consists of the total cost of tuition for the M.Tech programme and does not include the hostel or the mess fee.
