While filling HPCET application form, candidates will have to upload their photograph and signature. Documents have to be scanned correction in application form. If documents are not uploaded correctly, form cannot be submitted.

Given that you're a general category male student, CSE at any decent NITs will not be available to you, even if you are a home state student.
