Some of the colleges offering Diploma in Automobile Engineering course need a minimum percentage in Class 12. These minimum percentage of marks vary from college to college. As for Loyalist College, it needs a minimum of 50% percentage of marks in Class 12. Besides this, the applicants must submit the application materials too such as academic transcripts, passport, financial documents, English language proficiency score, etc.

The selection process for B.Tech admission at Osmania University requires candidates to have passed the 12th examination with a minimum aggregate of 45% marks, with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics as compulsory subjects, and merit in TS-EAMCET. The admission to the B.Tech programme is based on the merit in TS-EAMCET, which is a compulsory Common Entrance Test.
