Sha-Shib Group follows gudelines from state and central government regulatory bodies like AICTE, DGCA, NCTE, DTE, UGC, and affilated universities for admission to undergraduates, postgraduates, license, and certifiactes course at approved institutes.
Admissions are based on merit and can be found on individual institutes websites.

The seat intake for the Certificate in Aircraft Maintenance Engineering (AME) at Hindustan Aerospace and Engineering, Sha-Shib Group of Institutions, is 60 for each specialization, namely Avionics and Mechanical (B1.1).
