You have to go through the competitive exam on the basis of you marks in graduation and competition you will be given the college accordingly.

EFLU is just an average college but infrastructure, faculty members and facilities are good but placement is below than the average. And, yes, you can pursue BA in English.

They test basically your GK, there will also be some questions related to France. And a bit of logical reasoning. The exam is completely multiple choice based.

Cafeteria system allows you to opt for modules of your choice. While doing some language courses, you could opt for Phonetics, Linguistics, etc. in addition to the core courses prescribed. Thus, you have the freedom to opt for modules of your choice instead of getting bogged down to prescribed courses like in traditional universities.
Once you get a seat, there will be a good briefing by the authorities about the advantages of each course and the freedom of selecting the units. The teachers at EFLU are mostly very student friendly. You could also take the help of senior students who are in MA and PhD.

The eligibility criteria is you need to have passed graduation in any disciple with minimum 50% marks.
