Hey Vishal,
There are various courses in which you can pursue:
BCA, B.Sc (Hons) in chemistry (needs maths/bio and physics too but some universities allow without these subjects ), BA (Hons) in English, BA (Hons) in Hindi or BA (Pass).
As in terms of job oriented courses: BCA and B.Sc (Hons) in chemistry are the best options on basis of subjects you have opted for in class XIIth.

Migration certificate is issued by the university after finishing university examination. You are requested to approach the registrar of your university from where you did PG with the request to issue the migration certificate. You may have to apply for the migration certificate on a prescribed form which every university issues as per their rules and regulations.
