Firstly, it is advised to always go for generalised courses for UG and take up specialisation once you are sure about interest areas and what drives you.
There's the argument of learning entrepreneurship in school which in itself is an oxymoron. Entrepreneurship is all about action in the real world and it sounds vague when they say classroom teaching and theory.
Almost all of the good colleges have specialisation in the final year of BBA so general BBA in first two years becomes specialised in the final year.
So, BBA (twinning) is a good option.
