A PG Diploma programme would not be enough to pursue a PhD in Environmental Law. The basic eligibility for a PhD programme is to have a PG degree from a UGC-approved university. Though, some universities can accept a PG Diploma if it is recognised by AIU and you meet the minimum marks and other criteria.
