Yes, Indian students are eligible for admission to ETH Zurich at UG and PG levels.  

The admission requirements for Indian students at ETH include being academically inclined and meeting the English language requirements (IELTS with 7.0+ and TOEFL with 100+)

For the PG programs at this institution, one must have a bachelor's degree with a good GPA and for PG, Indian students who have completed 12th from CBSE or recognised state boards.
