NTA provides a window for the JIPMAT application form correction soon after the registration window is closed. Candidates can make modifications using the correction window available on the official website, that is jipmat.nta.ac.in. NTA will not entertain any requests, via email, fax, or letter, for the purpose of rectification/modification of details filled by the candidates in the application form. The form correction window will be accessible using the registration number and password. NTA may or may not have a fee for the JIPMAT application form correction.

NTA provides the facility to recover password and registration number from the candidate login window. To get your JIPMAT application number, candidates need to visit the official website, jipmat.nta.ac.in. Further, candidates need to visit the login portal. the login portal hosts the link to recover login credentials, including application number and password. Clicking the 'Forgot Application Number' button will lead to ask some basic details from the candidates. Just make sure that other certificates like DMC don't have surnames included. But if you have filled application form with surname then you can apply for correction in Adhaar card. But generally, if surname is not appearing in Aadhar card it doesn't create any problem.
