If your name's spelling on your passport doesn't match the one you used to register on the My PTE portal, then you must contact Pearson PTE customer support immediately or update your My PTE profile details. Here are the details on how you must proceed in both cases - 

1. If you still have 24 to 72 hours before your exam, you can try logging in to your My PTE Account and try to edit your personal information to match your passport letter-by-letter.
2. If you cannot change your name yourself or your test is very soon, submit an urgent request through the Pearson PTE Customer Support portal.
