Your JEE Mains marks is low. Your percentage is also low. With this percentage and marks, you will not get any government college. You can try for private colleges.

Do I need to appear in any entrance exam to get admission? I have completed my BBM in Andra but I want to do MBA in Vidyasagar University.

Don't go for Vidyasagar University. You will never get placement. Try for another one. Another thing is, I was former student of VU MBA, and I didn't give CAT or MAT exam.

No, there will be no BD and PI this year. As similar to 2017, 65% of your entrance marks and 35% of best 4 subject’s board’s marks will be taken for final rank.
