Application dates for the ICAR exam have already passed. You may not be able to apply for the ICAR exam now. Last date for submission of online application form:- Last week of April 2018

Hi Harry Pruthi,
IELTS is an English language requirement. If you have so many years of gap, you better first check with the colleges directly. You have to justify your gap, mention what you did, and why you took the gap if you have gained work experience or so. There is no straight answer to your q
