No, you can't apply directly for the second round of TS EAMCET counselling without participating in the first round. You can only appear for the second round of counseling if you don't get admitted to any college in the first round. You must meet the eligibility criteria and pay the registration fee to participate in the counselling process.

No, there is no difference in the difficulty level of the sessions of CA Final exam. The CA Final question papers are set on the basis of the course syllabus, and given that the chapters are too vast, the exam papers are tough, irrespective of the exam session.
