Kerala 12th hall ticket will be released by the board in February. You won't be able to download the Kerala 12th hall ticket from the official website. You are required to collect it from your school and carry it on all exam days. In case you forget to carry the admit card, you may not be allowed to write the exam.
The board releases the Kerala 12th hall ticket on the official website for schools. School officials are required to download them for all students and get it signed by the principal and then distribute them among Class 12 students.

Hall ticket for the Kerala 12th board exam is issued by the Directorate of Higher Secondary Education (DHSE) to which you are enrolled via your school. So your school cannot deny you the admit card even if you have failed to pass in their pre-boards exam. If they still goes on to deny you the hall ticket you can straight away write it to DHSE asking them to issue your plus two hall ticket in duplicate as your school has failed to give you.
