The NIMCET paper duration is 2 hours. Please note that there is no provision for extra time to complete the question paper. We advise candidates to take up mock tests to improve their time management skills.

Yes, it is important for the candidates to be familiar with the NIMCET exam pattern for the preparation process. By knowing the exam pattern beforehand, the candidates will know what to expect in the examination. Important information such as the examination duration, sections, marking scheme, etc., should be known to the candidates so that they can accordingly prepare for the upcoming exam.

IIT Delhi OBC cutoff 2025 for JEE Advanced is yet to be released. However, during the last round cutoff in 2024, the JEE Advanced closing ranks for BTech admission varied between 89 and 3185 in the All India quota. In the first round, the cutoff ranks were more competitive for admission compared to the final round. Therefore, based on last year's cutoff ranks, a JEE Advanced rank of 7000 does not allow for admission at IIT Delhi for any BTech or Integrated BTech courses for students belonging to the OBC AI category.

To be prepared for the examination, the candidates are advised to check the exam pattern carefully to know the mode, duration, sections, marking scheme, etc., of NIMCET.

This is a common myth. There is no easiest date. The test difficulty is adjusted to be fair every time. Irrespective of which month you take the test, the score will be graded on the skill level. Just pick a date when you are fully prepared.
