The cut-off marks for general category students in government BSc Nursing colleges exceed 450 NEET scores and therefore admission is unlikely unless you can attend a private college based on location choice and college rankings. If you belongs to EWS category then there is a slight edge to get a seat in government college .FOr this academic year if you want to progress your study then go with private college else in my opinion put one extra effort one more time and improve a bit.I hope you difinitely grab a good marks and will get a seat in government college.

The minimum IELTS Score for Canada PR application is overall 6.0 band. It means your score in any section of exam should not be less than 6.0 band. Your IELTS score will be converted to CLB score to access your application. This process is slightly different than Canada Study Visa process.

With 8777 IELTS score; a candidate can reach CLB 9 level. This will give an additional 82-point advantage to the candidate as compared to the candidate who is on CLB 8 level.
32 points on the language ability
50 points on Skill Transferability and Foreign Work Experience (considering two or more post-secondary programme credentials and above 3 years of foreign work experience)
Although achieving an 8777 on the IELTS test is not a prerequisite because other variables are taken into account when determining your CRS score, doing well on the test will be beneficial. Moreover, you have control over your IELTS score. Your age cannot be changed

There are multiple factors that determine your Canada PR score. IELTS is one of those factors. Although obtaining a high score in this exam is not mandatory, if you obtain a good score on IELTS, your overall score for Canada PR increases. This is so because language proficiency is considered significant in the immigration procedure. Besides, the IELTS score is something that you can work on and use to score well. Therefore, a higher language score will increase your probability of getting selected during the immigration process.

Yes, even if you have less than 60% in your B.Tech, you can still get admission to an M.Tech programme in IITs or NITs by qualifying the GATE exam, as the primary selection criteria for M.Tech admissions in these institutes is your GATE score, not just your B.Tech percentage; however, some institutes might have a minimum percentage requirement which you should check before applying.
GATE is the deciding factor:Your GATE score will be the most important factor in determining your admission to an M.Tech programme in IITs and NITs.
