The ideal score depends on the university you are targeting for admission. You have to get 320 or above out of 340, for getting easy admission in to the top universities worldwide. Keep in mind that score equal to or above 75 percentile is considered good enough to apply for admission.

Generally, a good GMAT score is between 700 and 740, and a score of 750+ is an excellent score. The average GMAT score for the top 10 business schools in the US in 2022 is 724, which sits close to 95th percentile. Similarly, the average score for the top business schools in Europe is 680, ranging between 640-710.The GMAT exam awards you a score out of 800. WBCHSE board is strictly against the practise of using any unfair means during the examinations. The board is actively working to prevent and discourage any malpractice during board examinations every year.
So, you are advised to go through the WB HS syllabus and solve as many previous years question papers and sample papers to avoid cheating during the WBCHSE board exams.

Complete the whole syllabus: The Board has already released the whole WB HS syllabus 2025 online. Students must note that nothing will come out of syllabus WBCHSE board exam 2026. Covering every bit of the syllabus will help student get through the tricky questions asked during the WB HS board exams. Focusing on one marker because those questions are the key to score 100 and being regular with your studies. Do your best and prepare in advance so you don't panic in exams.
