IIT Dhanbad JEE Advanced Cutoff 2024 was concluded after the last round of cutoff. The cutoff ranks for the General All India category candidates was ranged between 3846 and 15321. The closing cutoff rank for BTech (Hons) CSE was 3846 in 2024, 3258 in 2023 and 3009 in 2022; which shows that the cutoff witnessed an improving trend for the course. For most of the courses, there was a fluctuating trend for during the past few years. The last-round closing Cutoff of various courses for the General AI category have been given in the table below to show the trend for the 3 years:

IIT Dhanbad JEE Advanced Cutoff was released based on the category and gender. For the General AI category candidates, the Cutoff ranks ranged between 3846 and 15321. To get B.Tech. (Hons.) in Mechanical Engineering, the General AI category candidates must have secured a minimum cutoff rank of 9875. For the General AI female candidates, the minimum JEE Advanced rank to get Mechanical Engineering was 19099. For the OBC AI category, the cutoff rank for Mechanical closed at 7762

Indian students applying for universities abroad are not eligible for SAT fee waiver. However, US citizen students studying in 11th and 12th grades, in or out of US territories are eligible for a SAT Fee Waiver. 

SAT Subject Test fee waivers are available only for US citizen students studying in grades 9-12. SAT Subject Tests are not conducted for in India anymore, hence they are not applicable for Indian applicants. 

Note: Indian students who are applying for Indian universities are eligible to apply for SAT exam fee waiver based on their family incomes.

To get admission into IIT Dhanbad, the JEE Advanced Cutoff rank for the female candidate (General Category) ranged between 8682 and 25824. Since BTech in CSE was the toughest course to get into, therefore the Cutoff for the same was the lowest cutoff rank i.e. 8682. For the Female Candidates (OBC category), the JEE Advanced Cutoff ranged between 3220 and 9262, with the cutoff for BTech (Hons) in CSE being 3220. For the SC Female category and the ST Female category, the Cutoff ranks to secure a seat in CSE were 1552 and 439, respectively.

Yes. The NTA released the UGC NET 2025 December exam advance city intimation slip on the official website. Candidates can check their UGC NET 2025 exam centre in advance. 

UGC NET intimation slip mentions the date of examination, shift, subject/test papers and medium chosen by the candidate while filling the application form. City intimation slips are released subsequently for the exams scheduled on different dates. UGC NET city intimation slip is not an admit card. The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) conducted the SSC Stenographer 2025 exam from August 6 to 8. The Computer Based Test of SSC Stenographer comprises three sections: General Intelligence & Reasoning, General Awareness and English Language and Comprehension. The General Intelligence & Reasoning and General Awareness sections carry 50 questions each while the English Language and Comprehension section comprises 100 questions. There is no pass or fail in the IELTS exam and candidates can retake the exam as many times as they want. However, every time the applicant plans to take the IELTS exam, they would need to pay the registration fee too. To avoid taking IELTS exam multiple times, it is better that applicants prepare for the exam in one go and pass it too with the required band score too. This will save the applicant from re-appearing for the exam multiple times and save their money too.

To get admission into IIT Kharagpur, the JEE Advanced closing Cutoff rank for the female candidate (General Category) ranged between 1661 and 24653 for different BTech courses. Since BTech (Hons) in CSE was the toughest course to get into, therefore the Cutoff for the same was the lowest cutoff rank i.e. 1661. For the Female Candidates (OBC category), the JEE Advanced Cutoff ranged between 601 and 9222, with the cutoff for BTech (Hons) in CSE being 601. For the SC Female category and the ST Female category, the Cutoff ranks to secure a seat in CSE were 414 and 206, respectively.
