As long as the photo satisfies all other requirements, there usually shouldn't be a problem if your NEET application photo includes a blue background. Make sure the photo complies with all the requirements specified in the instructions for the admission card. If unsure, get confirmation from the examination authorities.

You are ineligible for admission to NITs and IITs, JEE Mains and Advanced, and the West Bengal board if you failed Physics in your Higher Secondary (HS) test. The three subjects of physics, chemistry, and mathematics must be passed to be eligible for these tests and institutions. You have to pass your Physics exam, which you can do by retaking it or by taking extra tests. Following your successful completion of Physics, you can apply to NITs or IITs for engineering degrees by taking the JEE Mains and Advanced exams.

You could be able to gain admission to multiple National Institutes of Technology (NITs) with a JEE Mains rank of 27,800, albeit the branch you can choose from may differ. NIT Meghalaya, NIT Mizoram, NIT Nagaland, NIT Sikkim, and NIT Agartala are a few possible NITs. You may be able to pursue specialisations in civil engineering, mechanical engineering, or metallurgical and materials engineering at these universities. The home state quota, category reserves, and cutoffs for the year all affect admission. To increase your chances, you must participate in the counselling process and often check the JoSAA counselling updates.

Thankfully, sitting for an exam is not necessary for D Pharma courses.

A few colleges also give admission to D Pharma on basis of 12th standard.

There might be different entrances in various states or colleges, while some may look into results of national or state-level exams. Besides, some institutions may give students direct entry if they score well in qualifying examination.
That's why it is very important for students to know prerequisites of college or university they want to join.
