The college accepts both merit based and entrance based exam scores. 

Admissions in William Carey University are both merit and entrance based.  The college accepts the scores of your last qualifying exam. That is, the university not only accepts scores from national-level entrance exams like JEE Main, CAT, and MAT for specific courses, but also 10+2 exam results. The official website of the William Carey University has set eligibility criteria for MBA courses at a minimum of any bachelor's degree in any stream.

Candidates can apply for admission through online as well as offline mode. Depending on your suitability you can either avail the online mode of admission and enrollment for the course of your choice or the offline mode. 

William Carey University is recognised by the University Grants Commission (UGC) and accredited by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) offers undergraduate, graduate, and doctoral programs in art, commerce, science, management, engineering, design, and animation. This college is one of the great choices for all the courses and degree programs.

So in conclusion MAT scores for MBA in William Carey University are not an absolute necessity. 

NMIMS School of Design accepts the following entrance exam scores for admission to its undergraduate and postgraduate design programs :- 

• NMIMS Design Aptitude Test (DAT) :-
  This is NMIMS' own entrance test specifically for design admissions
  It has a written aptitude test, case study analysis and creative ability assessment
  DAT scores are mandatory for all NMIMS design programs.
• NID DAT :-
  Scores from National Institute of Design's Design Aptitude Test are also accepted
  NID DAT also assesses creative and design abilities through multiple choice questions and case studies.
• CEED
  Common Entrance Examination for Design conducted by IIT Bombay
  Tests visual perception, creativity, drawing, etc. CEED qualified candidates can apply for NMIMS design programs.
• UCEED
  Undergraduate Common Entrance Exam for Design accepted for B.Des admissions
  Conducted by IIT Bombay to assess design-based thinking skills
• In addition, candidates have to provide Class 12th percentage, portfolio, Standardized tests scores (SAT, in specific cases) as applicable for different NMIMS design admissions.

In conclusion, NID DAT, CEED, and UCEED scores are required, but NMIMS DAT scores are required in order for candidates to apply to the school of design's design programs.
