Yes, why not you have to appear in NEET exam again and again
till the age of 60 years, even if you are a college student and
preparing for NEET also at this situation you are eligible for
NEET exam in next year the minimum eligibilityfor appearingin
neet in 12th with any boards with physics, chemistry and bio as
a subject.

The entrance exam of ICFAI Business school Jaipur is IBSAT test and if you good score you shortlist by ICFAI Business school for interview or group discussion. But there are many exams which ICFAI accept like GMAT, CMAT, XAT, CAT, and NMAT. You can give any of the exam for admission in ICFAI Business school.

No, it is not required for a candidate to answer every question on the Engineering Graduate Aptitude Test (GATE). In the competitive exam like GATE, the participants has to select the questions they wish to try according to their degree of comfort and understanding in the subject matter.
Thus, you must be accurate; do not try to answer questions you do not understand. Always answer those questions for which you're 100%sure.

Your TOEFL score validity is for two years after the declaration of your result. If you are not satisfied with the scores on your first attempt, you can try again as there is no limitation on the number of retakes. However, there must be at least a three-day gap between your retakes; i.e if you have a test appointment for today, you cannot register for another appointment for the next three days.
