As per the official notification of the Global Media Common Entrance Test (GMCET), there are some basic requirements that students need to meet in order to appear in the GMCET exam. Candidates must have a minimum education qualification of Higher Secondary (10+2) or any equivalent Education with a minimum aggregate of 50% for the General Category & 45% for SC/ST/OBC or should be appearing for the same in 2024. Also, a candidate with a three or four-year diploma, from a recognised university approved by AICTE with a minimum of 50% marks can also apply for the GMCET exam.

No, the Global Media Common Entrance Test (GMCET) exam is conducted only in online mode. Candidates can appear for the GMCET online test from the comfort of their home through their laptop or desktop. The test slots for the exam day will be informed a day before the examination. Before the exam begins, candidates will be given a time slot to appear. They will get this intimation on their registered email address and mobile number to appear at least 15 minutes before the beginning of the examination.

Staff Selection Commission (SSC) increased the number of vacancies in the SSC MTS Havaldar exam 2022. The Commission released the SSC MTS 2022 vacancy details on January 20, 2023. The SSC MTS Vacancies are increased from 11, 409 to 12,523. The candidates can see below the Vacancies for each post.

No, GMCET is conducted once every month between March to October. However, the schedule may change, hence, candidates are advised to visit official website for latest updates.

The exam conducting authority GMEC - Global Media Education Council, started the Global Media Common Entrance Test registrations for the 2024 session in December 2023. Candidates who were interested in applying for the GMCET exam can visit the official website to register online and apply for the GMCET exam till May 29, 2024. SSC MTS 2023 Tier 1 exam was conducted online as a Computer Based Exam (CBE) at the designated exam centres across the nation. The Commission conducted the SSC MTS 2023 Tier 1 exam from September 1 to 14 across the nation. The Commission asked moderate questions in the SSC MTS 2023 exam.
