Opening and Closing rank depends on the category and quota of candidates. For COMEDK Round 2 cutoff 2023, the opening rank was 15726 and closing rank was 25187 for the general category candidates under All India quota. Cut off are different when it comes to other categories or female candidates and even domicile of home state. For Admission to B.Tech. (Dairy Technology)/ B.Tech. (Food Technology): Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics (PCM) subjects are essential at 10+2 level. Candidate with 10+2 Arts and Commerce stream are not eligible for JET Examination.

Odisha CHSE exam is held for 100 marks for each subject. The marks is divided into 70 for theory and 30 for practical, for exams with practicals. The total marks for subjects with practicals are 100, of which 70 are for theory while 30 marks are for the practical examination.
