The KMAT Kerala 2026 first session application window is now open till February 5, 2026 (4 PM) for admission to MBA course. Further, the entrance exam has been postponed to February 22, 2026.

Review of Saintgits College of Engineering.

Placements: Looking for proper guidance in the placement process and when companies arrived, orientations were planned. They explained about the company and other necessities. But students were asked to attend the drives based on the semester scores. Most of the banking sectors and few of the HR based companies offered moderate packages ranging between 3 to 4 CTC.

Faculty: Professors blame us without any proper reasons, as our course included four semesters. First and three semesters included examinations and in the final semester, we faced internships. Assistant professors played a pivotal role, in completing the portions within the stipulated time, while professors simply watched over this.

Other: Avenues for conducting conferences and hosting other events were built with good standards. In the center of college administration blocks were located. There will be separate guidance provided for getting scholarships, safely submitting the documents of the students, and addressing the fee issues/queries.

This is the best college for an MBA.

Placements: Approximately 82% of students secured a place in 2021-2023. This data was shared by the placement cell of Saintgits College. The highest salary offered is 26 LPA, the average is 17 LPA, and the minimum is 7 LPA. Most of the students in our study are interested in the IT industry. Top recruiters are Wipro, TCS, Reliance, etc. Top roles offered are business consultant, investment banker, etc. 70% students got internship opportunities.

Infrastructure: The amenities for the MBA programme are outstanding. Classrooms are properly outfitted, and laboratories operate with current software. The library is vast, offering excellent study areas. Hostels are acceptable, providing essential facilities, whereas the food standard in the mess is mediocre. Healthcare facilities are available, and there are excellent recreational sports opportunities.

Faculty: Faculty members at Saintgits were incredibly kind; they assisted me greatly. Professors are highly educated, with the majority holding Ph.D. degrees from prestigious institutes in India. Their teaching technique is generally effective, except for a few professors; their method falls short of expectations. We had two exams in one semester, along with several projects in our MBA.

Placements: Every year, more than 86% of our college students get jobs from the campus. Many students get opportunities to study abroad for higher education. Various renowned companies like Infosys, Wipro, TCS, Amazon, and other big companies offer jobs to qualified students through interviews in college. The highest salary package offered here is 15 LPA.

Infrastructure: Our college campus is very clean and has high-quality equipment. Each of our classrooms is quite large and air-conditioned. There is a large library for helping the students with their studies, where there are various journals and magazines from home and abroad. There is also a cafeteria for students in their free time. There is a large field for sports along with studies. Hostels are well-equipped with special facilities.

Faculty: Teachers of our college are very educated and polite. They always try their best for our good, like arranging mock tests, projects, practicals, etc. The pass rate of our college is above 80% every year. Teachers also help us in our educational life and personal lives with care.

Best place to learn some damaged and great things.

Placements: More than 40% of students are placed on average each year, with Infosys being a top recruiter. The highest package that is given during my time of study is 12 LPA. The average package is 8 LPA. 100% of students are required to attend professional internships before completing courses at bodies like ISRO, BARC, DRDO, IIT, etc. As a beginner level, the course revolves around being a system or research intern to a system developer engineer, head, or manager.

Infrastructure: The college consists of free high-speed Wi-Fi network, specific libraries for department special text, and a single integrated library which consists of both physical and book sections and is inclusive of a networking library. Classrooms are well-equipped with display systems. College hostel is within walking distance of the campus and provides quality facilities with a nearby hospital, college ground, prepared food, etc.

Faculty: Teachers are eligible, qualified, and student-friendly. Average faculty members of the college and hold a doctorate in his or her field of research, to say the least. The curriculum is constantly studied with market current and relevance by a team of experienced professionals and updated. The semester exam questions are prepared by AI bodies with the help of question banks provided by every faculty member of the subject.

We have strong robotics exposure, decent placements, and good campus life.

Placements: 60-70% of eligible students from the robotics and automation branch were placed. The highest package offered was around 6.5 LPA, while the lowest was around 2.5 LPA, and the average package hovered around 3.5.4 LPA. TCS, Quest Global, L&T, Cognizant, UST Global, and VVDN Technologies are the top recruiting companies. 40-50% of students got internships in companies like Quest Global, ASAP Kerala, and automation-based startups. Automation engineer, robotics developed, embedded systems engineer, junior R&D engineer, and technical associate are the top roles offered in our course.

Infrastructure: The department has well-equipped labs for mechatronics, control systems, microcontrollers, and industrial automation. The department supports minor and major projects. Hostel facilities are good. Discipline is maintained. Mess is good. The food is good but not that great. The hostel and college have Wi-Fi availability.

Faculty: Teachers are helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable in both practical and theoretical. Teaching quality is good. Notes are provided which makes learning easier. Semester exams are a little difficult but manageable with consistent study. The pass percentage is average, and continuous evaluation through assignments, lab work, and internals helps in improving.

Saintgits College of Engineering, Kottayam.

Placements: Almost all the students get placed. About 95% of students get passed and a good percentage of placement is also received by students. The top package offered to the student from the college was about 14 LPA. I must say, good placements are provided by the college.

Infrastructure: As I am a day scholar, I don't know about hostel facilities and all. But from my friends I heard that they changed to PGs because of health issues and all. They also said that fee charges are quite high and not many facilities are provided by the hostel.

Faculty: Exams are conducted by the college as it is autonomous college. Teachers are very good so that students do not get bored in any of the periods. In CCC, they teach only the required things for externals. They are looking for the future and teaching us what is needed in the future.

Other: I wish the college internet connection get much faster. Many problems are faced because of internet issues. It is the only thing required for improvement in college facilities.
