As per the AIMCET exam pattern, there will be 100 questions asked in the examination which will consist of 1 mark each making the total 100 marks. The time duration of the GMCET online examination will be 60 minutes. The questions will be divided into 4 sections - English Language & IQ, General Knowledge of News and Current Affairs, Entertainment Media Knowledge, and Brands & Brand Communication Basic Knowledge. There will be no negative marking in the GMCET examination.

No, you cannot join NMIMS without NMAT. Candidates need to appear for the course specific entrance exams conducted by the University. NMIMS also accepts several national-level entrance tests to admits students for UG, PG and PhD courses.

The OJEE exam has four sections which have multiple-choice questions.  The sectional weightage of each section of the OJEE question paper is the same. Each question carries four marks. For incorrect answers, one mark each is deducted. Therefore, the total marks for each section is 120 marks. The total marks in OJEE are 480. The detailed OJEE sectional weightage is given below

  1. Quantitative Techniques: 30 questions (120 marks)
  2. Verbal reasoning and Comprehension: 30 questions (120 marks)
  3. Analytical and Logical Reasoning: 30 questions (120 marks)
  4. General Awareness and Business Fundamentals: 30 questions (120 marks)

National Test for Programs After Twelfth (NPAT),  Narsee Monjee Management Aptitude Test (NMAT), etc. are on one of the two entrance exam for NMIMS Bangalore. At the undergraduate level, NMIMS University Bangalore offers BBA, BSc, BCom (Hons), BA LLB (Hons) and BBA LLB (Hons) courses via its School of Commerce, School of Science, School of Mathematics, Applied Statistics & Analytics and School of Law. Admission to all these courses is entrance-based.

For FPM admission, RBS conducts its own entrance exam—Rajagiri Research Aptitude Test (RRAT), a written/ computer-based test. Further, candidates who have appeared and qualified any of UGC/CSIR JRF are exempted from appearing for written test.

The NeXT Exam is conducted in two separate segments knows as ‘Steps’ in the online mode. The NExT Step 1 is a theoretical examination consisting of six papers. NExT Step 2 is a Practical / Clinical and Viva Voce examination covering seven clinical subjects or disciplines. The qualifying cutoff marks in NExT Step 1 will be calculated as whole number which will be considered as a Raw Scores with appropriate decimals and subsequently corresponding Percentages. The minimum marks for passing in NeXT are 50% or half of the maximum possible Raw for NExT Step 1.
