No, the University of Hyderabad doesn't accept TS EAMCET score.
However, TS EAMCET is a state-level examination which is the prerequisite for admission into various professional courses offered in University / Private Colleges in Telangana and is held once a year. Candidates are allotted seats based on the TS EAMCET marks and rank via an online centralized counselling process.
Eligibility Criteria for getting into University of Hyderabad are as follows:
- it accepts it's entrance exams
- it also accepts national level entrance exams like CAT, NIMCET, GATE, UGC NET and CSIR NET for admission to MBA, MCA, M.Tech and PhD programmes, respecti

First of all, Congratulations on your score! It is really good.
According to your CRL rank, you have chances of getting good NIT's, IIIT's . If you want to go for top NIT's, IIIT's you have to sacrifice from CSE branch.
