RGPV - Rajiv Gandhi Proudyogiki Vishwavidyalaya will release 6-8 rounds of JEE Main cutoffs for admission to B.Tech. The cutoffs will be released on a rolling basis, and the seats will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis. The cutoffs will be based on the following factors:

Each subject carries 100 marks. The breakup of 100 marks is - 80 marks for the final examination and 20 marks are internal.
These 20 marks include marks of attendance, projects and assignments, sessional examination and class performance.
The sessional examinations are held once or twice every semester, depending upon the days left for final examination. The sessional exams cover approximately 75% of the total syllabus and are of 40 marks but the weightage of sessional exams is 5 marks in the 20 marks of internal. This is something common in colleges because you have a lot of things you need to do, a lot of work except your college studies, like sports activities, NCC, NSS, events and all, and sometimes both collide so if something is important you are doing then you can email your HOD that this is the reason why you might not be able to give internal exams, and they will rearrange the internal exam for you. Also sometimes there are some extra exams happen for those students who were unavailable at the internal exam time. You just need to inform before the exam.
