The University conducts 3 Sessional Tests, out of which the Best of are considered so you can miss 1 ST if you're sure you can pass the rest 2 STs. But you cannot miss the End sem else you will be marked fail in that subject and you have to repeat that subject in next same semester I. e. Even or Odd.

No, not a good NIT, you may get lower branch in a new NIT ( depending upon the counselling) but still very less chance
You may get GFTIs CSE, just go through some previous year cut offs
As you are a sc candidate, you can get a good government college even at this rank
or
take a drop year and try again.

The overall difficulty level of the prelims exam was easy to moderate. The difficulty of the Mains exam was moderate.

The answer would be yes as well as no. It depends weather you want to get B.Tech course at government college or private college and with good facilities
If you want a government college then WBJEE is compulsory for the admission
Preferably WBJEE is the opportunity giving exam you will get benefits of getting scholarship as well as good college.
