Absent in any term is big mistake even if you score zero in pre term or mid term and mangaed to score 40 marks total including pre term mid term and senester including practical your r passes but if you have missed the exam than and even you score 40 marks than also youu will consider absent in next year you have give that exam which you have missed whether it is pre term or mid od semester exam.

If someone misses their internal they can retake them but you should take the permission from the head of the department prior and give the valid reason in case of any medical issues or any personal problems then you can take permission after you can attempt internal exam.
