To appear for IBSAT online proctored examination, students must: 

  1. Use latest version of any of browsers. 
  2. Webcam and microphone must be working. 
  3. Ad Blocker should be switched off. 
  4. All applications that use a camera, microphone, and screen sharing must be disabled. 
  5. Popup Blocker should be disabled. 
  6. Take examination in a room with proper lighting and minimal background noise. 
  7. Have exam taking system fully charged to last up to 3 hours.

IBSAT exam 2026 will be held on online proctored mode. Candidates appearing for the IBSAT exam must check the important instructions pertaining to IBSAT exam mentioned below:

  1. Students must login 10 minutes prior to the commencement time. Candidates will not be able to login for IBSAT exam 10 minutes after the commencement of exam.
  2. Candidates must sit for the entire duration of exam. No bio breaks will be allowed during the exam.

In such cases where a candidate did not have anyone to accompany them who could take care of their belongings, they were able to request the WBJEE 2023 centre authorities to deposit the personal belongings for the test duration. However, the authorities were not responsible for any loss of belongings. Therefore, the candidates were advised to not bring their expensive and personal belongings, which are not required to the centre or to leave them with their guardians outside the examination centre.
