Yes, there is an age limit to apply for the SSC CHSL 2025 exam. Candidate should be a minimum of 18 years of age and a maximum of 27 years of age to apply for the SSC CHSL exam. There is relaxation of upper age limit for reserved category candidates. The SC/ ST category candidates get 5 years relaxation, OBC category candidates et 3 years and PwD category get 10 years relaxation.

A candidate should clear class 12 from a recognised board to be eligible to apply for the SSC CHSL exam. Remember, the mere submission of an online application form does not guarantee the acceptance of the candidature. The SSC CHSL Apply Online link is the only source to apply online for the exam.

No, SSC CHSL application fee, once paid, is non-refundable. Candidates can pay SSC CHSL application fee online or offline mode. Application fees in offline mode can be paid through SBI challan. Application fees in online mode can be paid through BHIM UPI/internet banking or by using a credit/debit card of Visa/ Mastercard/ Maestro/ RuPay.

The SSC CHSL application fee 2025 is different for reserved and unreserved category candidates. General category candidates need to pay INR 100 as the application fee for the exam. However, candidates belonging to reserved categories and women candidates of all categories are exempted from paying the application fee.

No, there is no provision of changing the test centre after the ATMA admit card has been released. In fact, there is no option to change the test centre allotted at any point of time during the entire exam cycle. There is no window for form correction too where the candidates could have changed the test centre. Thus, it is very important to select test cities very carefully in the ATMA application form. They must choose their first city preference as home town or the city where they are likely to be on the exam day or choose a city which is the closest to their hometown and they can reach there on time on the exam day. The application fees of CDS can be paid both only in an online mode . The steps to pay the application fees has been given below: Online a) At the last of the application form select the mode of payment online b) Select the payment gateway c) Select the mode of payment again credit card/debit card/ UPI etc. D) Pay the application fees and save the application form Offline a) Candidates have to deposit the application fee in any SBI Branch b) Fillout the details of the deposit fee in the application form by logging into the registered account.
