The syllabus of the newly proposed Indian Railway Management Service exam is as follows:
1. Since you will need to appear in the same paper as CSE Prelim, this stage's syllabus is similar to that of CSE Prelim.
2. The IRMS cutoff will differ from the CSE cutoff.
3. There will be four conventional essay-style papers on the main stage.
4. There are two qualifying papers for language.
5. The first is the Indian language selected by you from the available languages in the options; its syllabus will be at the 10th grade level. For instance, if you select Bengali, you will be asked questions about 10th-level basic grammar.
6. The syllabus of the English-language paper will be similar to the UPSC's compulsory English paper, I. e. , at the 10-level.
7. The merit list will be based on two optional papers. Only the following subjects are available to you as optional subjects:
a. Electrical Engineering
b. Mechanical Engineering
c. Civil Engineering
d. Commerce and accounting
The syllabus of these papers will be similar to the UPSC CSE optional papers.

UPSEE Eligibility Criteria:
1- There is no age limit.
2- Students should have passed the qualifying exam from any institution in Uttar Pradesh or the parents should have a domicile in Uttar Pradesh.
3- If the students have not passed the qualifying exam from an institution in Uttar Pradesh, then they will be required to produce their parent's domicile Certificate.
4- Students who do meet the domicile requirements will also be eligible to appear for the exam if they meet the other required criteria.
