with a sc category rank of 20,190 you do have chances in government colleges but you won't get into top branches or top colleges. You would have lower and newer NITs, IIITs, and GFTIs.

2. Click on the link Railway Group D Recruitment Notification.
3. Read the instructions given carefully and click on the Apply Online button.
4. Select New Registration if applying for the first time and not registered before.
