Hello dear, Yes female candidates can apply for NDA and CDS examination. The NDA exam is conducted by UPSC for admission to the Army, Navy and Air Force wings of the NDA. I would say above 90 and it can be anywhere till 100 percentile as it is a very well recognised university, so expect a good amount of competition.
