After completion of B.Sc. You can apply for Railway exam through SCRA (Special Class Railway Apprentice) conducted by UPSC every year to join as technical officers in the Mechanical Department of Indian Railway. Further more, the posts you can apply are:
Station Master
Assistant Station master
Signal Controller
Railway Police Inspector
For this, you need to apply for RRB exam. The age 18-28 is mandatory and the percent score 60% for open and 55% for SC/ST is needed.

Every year, the Assam Higher Secondary Education Council (AHESC) Guwahati conducts exams for the Higher Secondary School Leaving Certificate (HSSLC) examination for class 12 students. The Council prescribes the syllabus and exam pattern and examinations are conducted in two shifts, I. e. the morning shift (9:00 am to 12:00 noon) and the afternoon shift (1:30 pm to 4:30 pm) across the state. It gives 25% of the total score as grace marks to mentally impaired and hearing impaired aspirants. These grace marks are provided to aspirants who pass the exam without any assistance.
