NDA and IIT both are different fields. First decide that you wants to be in your future. NDA will let you to serve the nation in form of defence while IIT will give you insight of technological world.

What this means is that candidates who want to appear for IIT JEE exam must qualify their 12th with 75 per cent marks which is for the General and OBC category while 65 per cent cutoff is set for other reserved categories like SC, ST, PwD.

Yes, for admission into IITs, IIITs, NITs, the score that candidates have secured in their class 12 board exam will be taken into account. In this, candidates should have passed their exam with a minimum of 75 percent and for SC/ST it should be 65 percent.
