Hello Nupur, yes you definitely can appear for PG entrance exam if you are in the final year or final semester of graduation in engineering. Yes, a non maharastrian can give Mht cet exam it has two option either he shows his Jee marksheet or Mht cet marksheet . On that basis conselling will happen for the choosen college.
