You won't be getting any seat in NIT Warangal under GEN-EWS category. You must try for home state NIT. You would get any seat in your home state NIT.

The last admitted rank in 2019 at GVPCE in CSE for Andhra Pradesh EMACET was 4190 for OC Boy candidate. So your chances are moderate. However you can get CHE here.
