Hello,
Firstly, remember that you have to be dedicated for your exam preparation, only then you will be able to get good scores in the exam. Otherwise, you won't be able to. You should follow the below tips to prepare for the CSIR NET Exam:
1. As there is not much time left, so from now you should focus more on the important topics only.
2. Prepare a daily time-table. Wake up early and take tough topics in the morning time or whenever you can easily learn tough topics. At that time you will be able to give your 100% and will able to learn easily.

You have not written about the category and home state you belong to. However based on your JEE Main category rank if you belong to to SC, then you can get the following in NIT Andhra Pradesh.
1. CSE
2. ECE
3. EEE
4. Mech etc.

Hello RK, if I may say so you have obtained the rank which is a bit on the lower side. There are approximately 50K seats on offer. 10% EWS quota means about 5K seats but your ranking in EWS too is about 13K. But do not loose hope. Admission process throws up many surprises. The last year closing ranks for Delhi and Outside Delhi general candidates for IIIT Delhi are given for an idea. Delhi candidate : 38208
Outside Delhi candidate : 32385
So from above your chances for IIIT Delhi are moderate.
