MDU conducts own entrance exam for admission in Integrated B.A. LL.B. Programme. The questions in the Entrance Examination for admission to a programme will be of the standard which a student, having passed qualifying examination for admission to that programme, is expected to answer. Yes, you can get admission for MCA without giving the entrance exam by going for direct admission process.
the only requirements are that you should have already passed BCA or other equivalent examination.
for merit based direct admission you should have the specified minimum aggregate by the institute which is generally 60% in you BCA.
You can also try for the college's reserved management Quota Seats but it could cost you dearly.

If you are sure that you want to be an IAS officer, you should go for B.A. In public policy and administration course in UPES, Dehradun.
