Due to the ongoing Lock down arising out of the Corona Virus outbreak, the Consortium of National Law Universities has rescheduled the CLAT 2020 as following:
1. The deadline for online applications Monday, May 18, 2020
2. The examination date Sunday, June 21, 2020 from 3:00 to 5:00 PM. So from above the CLAT 2020 which was scheduled to be held on 24 May 2020 has been postponed.

Typically, the basic eligibility for pursuing a B.A. (Hons) Journalism course is 10+2 qualification. The student should have qualified senior secondary with a minimum of at least 50% marks. Some institutes even conduct entrance tests for this course. Students whose 12th results have been declared or who are awaiting their results can fill the application forms for the course. Admissions in NITs are based on the rank obtained in JEE Main entrance exam conducted twice in a year by NTA. So, SAT (Scholastic Assessment Test) is not applicable for admission in NITs for B.Tech courses.

No, you can't get the admission. The JEE Mains percentile above 97 is safe for NITs.
