Hi Satadal,
In 74.96 percentile, it is little bit difficult to get NIT to SC category in CSE branch.
But, you can also try for other branch in same NIT, because in CSE cut off is high. Best of luck.

Hi,
You need to score 550 or above in MAT. Your UG scores are well enough, as the cut-off is 50%. So, no need to worry about that only focus on MAT.

Which is a better education board if a student wants to appear for NDA exam, UP or ICSE board?

Between the two, it would be ICSE. But, CBSE board is truly a good option, if you are seeking to attempt exams held by Centre. CBSE books (NCERT) form the basis for such exams and NDA exam paper is made from these books.

I think you can get, because in 2018 for the other state, the cut off went 752 to 1605 rank for SC category in CSE department.
