Students from any stream can apply for UCEED exam. It is generally conducted in January every year. Only the Guwahati campus has some specific requirements.

Your academic scores are very good, but your CMAT score is on a lower side. I would suggest you to apply with multiple scores such as CAT, XAT OR GMAT. Cutoff for CMAT is on a higher side. If you don’t want to apply with multiple scores consider applying with CAT XAT or GMAT.

The syllabus for this course is almost based on that you studied in class 11th and class 12th and general knowledge, English language, like grammar etc.

With 77 percentile, there is a bit chance to get IMS for OBC category, because there is not much difference in the cut off percentile of OBC & General category. But, you can still apply or you can appear for CET for securing good score and rank to get admission in IMS via CET Scores.

I can only say that a job is not a bad choice too. But if you really want to go forward with your education and you really have that learning spark towards any field then you should pursue that first. If you really want to learn about things in a particular field then go ahead for that. Here, I can
