Executive MBA programs are typically designed for working professionals. An executive MBA programme is a lot like a regular MBA programme. Hi Dear,
Having said that, technically, MBA is a degree, which established university is deemed to offer. PGDM, however, is Diploma, which non-university generally offer. IIMS, before IIM-Bill, used to offer Diploma only. This is the main difference between the post graduate programme and the executive MBA programs.

Hello,
Executive MBA are gaining huge popularity these days. Most of the B-schools conduct their own entrance exams. But most of them screen candidates on the basis of national level entrance exam like CAT XAT MAT CMAT GMAT. Some business schools do not ask for entrance exam scores, they select students on the basis of essay writing, group discussion, personal interview, work experience, statement of Purpose, academic performance.
