EMBA is the programme meant for executives who works with companies. EMBA stands for executive MBA and general MBA normally students who admitted through entrance tests. Get a job work for some time and then join with EMBA that would be nice.

There is no course called MBA service management exist and MBA executive is not a specialisation rather executive MBA are either a full time MBA or a part time MBA offered by institutes for working professionals.

No, even if such course is offered it would be invalid and distance learning MBA doesn't have AICTE approval. As per UGC guideline a PG degree has to be of 2 years duration.

E-MBA is an online course whereas MBA is a classroom course. I would recommend you regular MBA from a good B-school.

It depends from where you do it. If you do it a full time E-MBA from XLRI, ISB or IIMs then definitely you can get a package between 22L to 30L in any company that you name. If you do it from the institute like JBIMS, FMS or NMIMS (2 years to 3 years program), you won't get any placement support but can get good learning and exposure.
