It's great to hear from you, I am sorry unfortunately we don't have distance learning or executive MBA, we have two shifts for full-time MBA.
But there are provisions for completion of degree in 1.5 years

Most of the time executive MBA candidates get sponsorship from their present employer and good salary hike when they rejoin the company after completing executive MBA. Even without placement, one will get a good job opportunity after completing it. So don't worry about the placement.

There are some good colleges in India which offers EMBA and IMT is one of them.
For other colleges, you have to search online.

MBA, PGDM and Executive MBA are same when it comes to job. Executive MBA is for experienced professionals. For freshers MBA and PGDM are available. These all are PG degrees but PGDM is a diploma. So better is MBA.
