As per the handbook of MRIIRS, the SGPA is calculated by the weighted average of Grade Points of all the letter grades received by the students for all the course units enrolled in the semester. SGPA = Sum of Credits*Grade/ Sum of Credits. The CGPA is the average of SGPAs obtained by the students in each semester till the day of calculation of CGPA. CGPA = Sum of SGPAs/ Number of semesters completed.

The highest Package for the batch of 2022 stood at 23 LPA for B.Tech & 32 LPA for BBA with 80+ companies visiting the institution in 2022. The average package was 3.9 LPA, 2021 batch, increased to 5.5LPA for the 2022 batch and is expected to rise to about 6.5LPA for the 2023 session. For the ongoing batch 2023, the highest package as of now stands at 54LPA, and about 290 companies have visited the college till date.

Manav Rachna International Institute of Research and Studies provides 100 percent placement assistance to students. The highest CTC of INR 23 LPA was offered to a B.Tech student during the Manav Rachna International Institute of Research and Studies Faridabad Placements 2021. This year, more than 500 companies visited the Manav Rachna International Institute of Research and Studies campus including Whitethought.in, Cargo Flash, Lido, LinkedIn, Accenture and many more reputed companies.
