The admission to the LLM programme is done on the basis of applicants scores in the Calcutta University Law Entrance Test (CULET-UG) scores. Candidates seeking admission are thus required to register and apply to take the test. Before filling out the form, aspirants must check out the eligibility requirements. Candidates who get shortlisted based on exam score have to participate in the e-counselling round. In this round, the seat allotment is done followed by which the fee payment can be done for admission confirmation.

Faculty of Law, Banaras Hindu University offers five full-time courses. The faculty offers BA LLB (Hons) at UG level and LLM & LLB (Hons) at the PG level. Besides, the faculty also offers PG Diploma course for a duration of one-year. The minimum qualification required is Class 12 for UG and graduation for PG programmes.
